VBS Round 2...

Mati and Reed had a great time this week at VBS. Mati performed during a little ceremony Friday evening. After the program the children were able to play on the inflatables. We had a blast!

This week we were fortunate enough to have NOT one but two VBS to attend. One was in the morning at Gemma and Papa's Church and the other was in the evening at our chuch. Reed did not go to the morning VBS but Mati did. Boy, did she have a great time there! On Friday they had a little program for the parents. It was great. And what can I say, but I was very proud of my little Mati.

Strike a pose...

Mati got a new outfit in the mail from her Aunt Jo right before we went to the golf tournament. Of course, we had to put it on right then! Before she would take a nap we had to strike a pose with the new outfit on! Thanks Aunt Jo!

Erskine Open

On Friday we went to the Erskine Open! Daddy, Paw Paw and Dadoo played in the golf tournament . We didn't get there in time to see Daddy hit any shots, but we did get there in time for the lunch and the prizes! Mati and Peyton stop for a quick picture.
All Reed cared about was eating ice. In the background you can see PawPaw and Dadoo enjoying their lunch!

Meanwhile, Mati is being 'Miss Independent' riding her bike!

Peyton and Reed had a great time riding the sit down scooters and the jeep. Peyton was a little big for the jeep, but he made it work to just to make Reed happy!

We were so glad that Ms.Pam and Alex made the trip to the beach with us!

A Beach Vacation

Mati and Reed had the most fun playing in the hotel room! This was right before we left to come home. I wanted them to pose one last time on the porch for 'just one more picture'. Well, this was the best that I could get!

The reason for the beach trip was Caca's baseball game! Caca played great! Way to go Caca! Reed had was having so much fun at the game that he had to catch him a little nap! He was so tired! We know that he was cheering for Caca in his dreams!

Our next adventure was to the grocery store! Mati wanted her picture taken here too!

Before we could do anything or go anywhere Mati had to go see the beach. Caca was nice enough to take her down to see the water and the sand.

Reed has no fear of the water! He loves swimming in Granmerry and PawPaw's pool.

Our cousins, Jonathan and Walt rode the BIG MABLE. Casi, Elisabeth, Mati and Mari Shannon rode it too! IT WAS SO MUCH FUN! Papa and Reed had fun riding on the boat!







Gemma and Papa had a graduation party at the lake for Natalie and Caca. We had so much fun! It was so hot we had to stay in the water almost the entire time!

Mati and Mollee had a great time! I think that this is the only time they sat down in these chairs. Mati loves India. Aren't these girls beautiful!

We went for the relay for life this weekend. We had so much fun. Mati was at the perfect age to enjoy the activites that they had for the children. Reed and Daddy didn't come until later in the evening so we didn't get many pictures of them. OR maybe it was just that Reed was too quick for the camera.

Take me out to the ballgame...

We love going to the ballgames to see Uncle Caca play ball. Even though his high school baseball career has come to an end, we are now enjoying watching him play Legion Baseball.

Creative Play

Yes we do get creative especially when water is involved! Mati loved playing in the sprinkler! Reed on the other hand hated the cold water spraying in his face. However, he did enjoy watching his sister perform!
